How do I provide my prescription for my new frames?
You can upload a photo of your prescription during checkout, or if you don't have it handy, you can email it to our support team later. We also offer the option to contact your optometrist directly to retrieve it for you.
What is your return policy for prescription eyewear?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your glasses, you can return them for a full refund or a one-time exchange, provided they are in their original condition.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. This includes the time required for our lab to precision-craft your custom lenses and perform a final quality check before shipment.
Do you offer a warranty on your frames and lenses?
Yes, all BonLook eyewear comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in both the frames and the lens coatings.
Can I use my vision insurance to pay for my glasses?
While we do not bill insurance companies directly, we provide a detailed itemized receipt with every purchase which you can submit to your provider for out-of-network reimbursement.
How do I know if a frame will fit my face shape?
We provide detailed measurements for every frame on our site. You can also use our Virtual Try-On tool to see how different styles look on your face using your webcam or a photo.
